The Queensland Government invests in training based on industry advice to provide Queenslanders with the skills they need to gain meaningful and sustainable employment, through the provider of their choice. Government funding is directed to minimise skills shortages, focus on training for jobs that are in demand in our critical industries, and increase the number of Queenslanders with formal post-school qualifications.

CTIA will assist in arranging vocational placement (as required) including ongoing mentoring support.

Fast track theory to get work ready sooner

The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate III qualification.

Students are only eligible for one course under the Certificate 3 Guarantee, please read the course information below so you can make an informed decision.

Career Training Institute of Australia (CTIA) is offering hands on practical training which will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to work within the hospitality, tourism or events industry.

A participant can be working on a full-time, part-time or casual basis or seeking employment.

Training is flexible, delivery can be within your workplace at a time that suits you, alternatively attend one of our training facilities in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast. Speak to our course consultant for further information. Certificate 3 Guarantee is funded by the Queensland Government.
